
JENNY RUIZ WILLIAMS
Head Coach
Jenny Ruiz Williams is the head women's soccer coach at UNLV.
In year one, Coach Ruiz Williams helped guide the Rebels to the best turnaround in the conference with the team rising eight places in the standings, and in her first full season with the Rebels, she coached the Rebels to an incredible seven win improvement. Her teams also continue to set records in the classroom, which includes a program best 3.60 semester GPA mark.
She previously coached in the Pac-12 with Oregon State where she helped the program have one of the best turnarounds in the country and at Cal State University Northridge.
Ruiz Williams' playing career ended in 2015 after she played in the FIFA World Cup and won a medal in the Pan American Games with Mexico. While a player with Mexico, Ruiz Williams also qualified for the Olympics & earned two other Pan American Games medals. She began playing for the full Mexican National Team at age 19 while a student-athlete at UNLV where she earned All Mountain West Conference and All Mountain West Conference Tournament honors. Prior to playing at UNLV, Ruiz Williams was a National Champion with the So Cal Blues Soccer Club.
Ruiz Williams is a United States Soccer Federation National A-Senior Licensed Coach and coaches with the Olympic Development Program. She has a B.A. in Communications from UNLV & an M.A. from Loyola Marymount in Education.
Coach Ruiz Williams is married to former UNLV Swimmer Kevin Williams. They have two children, Paige & Levi.

JENNA OLSON
Assistant Coach
Jenna Olson is an Assistant Coach and Goalkeeper Coach at UNLV. She helped lead a huge program turnaround in her first two season with the Rebels. Prior to UNLV, Olson coached at the University of Houston for 5 years and was also a high school coach, teacher & athletic director.
Olson (formerly Huff) was a student-athlete at UNLV during the same time as Head Coach Ruiz Williams, and she still holds several goalkeeper records for the university including season goals against average (0.34), career goals against average (0.90), and most shutouts (26). While setting these records, Olson became the first ever Mountain West goalkeeper to be named Mountain West All-Conference goalkeeper three times in a row.
Coach Olson is married to UNLV alumnus Mark Olson. They have two children, Caleb & Faith.

EMILY REYNOLDS
Assistant Coach
Emily Reynolds is an Assistant Coach at UNLV. In her first year with the Rebels, she helped lead the program to an incredible seven win improvement. Before joining the Rebels, she spent four years as an assistant coach at Azusa Pacific and a year coaching with Legends FC.
Reynolds was a four year student-athlete at Azusa Pacific where she captained the team her last two seasons. While at Azusa, she helped her team win two conference regular season championships and two conference tournament titles. They also reached three NAIA National Tournament semifinals appearances.
Emily has a B.A. in Communications studies and an M.A. in Pastoral Studies. She is Married to Byron Reynolds.
